Orizen Inc – Dialer Usage Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using any dialer service provided by Orizen Inc, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Campaigns We Proudly Serve

Orizen Inc currently supports businesses and campaigns operating in the following industries:

  • Solar

  • Digital Marketing

  • Medical Billing

  • Truck Dispatch

  • MEP Estimation

  • Appointment Setting

  • Real Estate

  • Umrah/ Hajj
  • Quran Campaigns

  • E-commerce

Support for additional industries may require prior approval.

1.2. Campaigns We Do Not Serve

Orizen Inc does not provide dialer services for campaigns or industries related to:

  • Banking or financial sectors

  • Final Expense Insurance

  • Mobility campaigns

  • Car inspection services

  • Energy or utility campaigns

  • Billing-related campaigns

  • Telecom services

  • Dish TV or IPTV services

  • Uber-related campaigns including Uber Eats, Uber Taxi, DoorDash, Lyft, or similar gig-economy services

  • Inbound-oriented campaigns

  • Non-legitimate, misleading, or high-risk campaigns

  • Campaigns primarily focused on unsolicited sales messaging or spam activities

If any restricted or prohibited activity is detected, the associated account will be suspended or permanently terminated immediately without prior notice or refund.

2. Permitted Use Policy

All dialer services must be used responsibly, legally, and in compliance with applicable telecom regulations and carrier policies. Any misuse, abuse, or unauthorized activity may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of service.

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Spam calls or robocalling

  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading communications

  • Illegal marketing practices

  • Unauthorized bulk messaging

  • Gig-economy campaigns such as Uber, Uber Eats, DoorDash, Lyft, or similar services

  • Inbound-focused campaigns generated through misleading or non-compliant methods

  • Use of third-party auto-dialing software or automation tools

Violation of these policies may result in permanent account termination without refund.

4. Restricted Data Collection

Users are strictly prohibited from collecting, storing, or requesting sensitive customer information through Orizen Inc dialers, including:

  • Credit or debit card numbers

  • Bank account information

  • Social Security Numbers (SSNs)

  • Passwords or login credentials

  • Personal identifiable information (PII)

Any violation will result in immediate account suspension and service termination.

5. Marketing & Messaging Compliance

Unsolicited sales messages, promotional campaigns, and cold marketing SMS are not allowed unless you have obtained proper consent and are fully compliant with local laws, carrier requirements, and anti-spam regulations.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring lawful communication practices.

6. Dialer Usage Limits

8×8

  • Maximum login access: 3 devices

  • Only 1 active outbound call allowed at a time

  • Secondary devices must wait until the active call ends

Zoom
  • Maximum of 2 logged-in devices per account

RingCentral, Vonage, Ooma & Similar Providers
  • Up to 3 agents may use the dialer simultaneously for outbound calling

  • Additional users require written approval from Orizen Inc

Google Voice
  • Supports up to 5 users per account

  • Two-way messaging is included by default

  • All SMS activity remains subject to anti-spam and compliance policies

7. Monitoring & Compliance Verification

Orizen Inc reserves the right to monitor call records, communication logs, and related account activity to verify compliance with these terms and carrier regulations.

If you do not consent to compliance monitoring, you may not use our services.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice for:

  • Policy violations

  • Spam or unauthorized messaging

  • Sensitive data collection

  • Abuse of dialer systems

  • Use of prohibited automation tools

  • Any activity considered harmful, illegal, or high-risk

No refunds or replacements will be provided in cases involving policy violations.

9. Refund Policy

If an account becomes blocked, suspended, or restricted by providers including RingCentral, Vonage, Ooma, Zoom, 8×8, or Google Voice, Orizen Inc may issue a refund of up to 50% of the remaining subscription period at its sole discretion. For Admin accounts sold at one time cost no refund or replacement would be provided even the sms campaign is approved or not.

10. Updates to Terms

Orizen Inc reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version of these terms.

11. User Agreement

By using any dialer or communication service provided by Orizen Inc, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms, restrictions, and policies outlined above.
